Biography

John Felt is an Assistant Research Professor in the Center for Healthy Aging at the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Felt's resrearch is focused on methods for longitudinal analysis (both developmental and daily processes), measurement and psychometrics, and causal inference. His work involves applying both Bayesian and frequentist approaches to better understanding the biobehavioral and psychosocial processes underlying stress and well-being, particularly in the contexts of child maltreatment and aging. Much of his work involves developing or applying innovative methods for intensive longitudinal data analysis and for long-term developmental change.
